Always focused on a positive culture and continuous growth, Summit 360 is searching for an Inside Sales Representative for our Wholesale department. This position is the perfect opportunity for the driven, versatile sales professional.

 

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for buying and selling equipment to the wholesale market. This person will be focused on building strong relationships to procure a continuous incoming flow of surplus equipment. The Inside Sales Representative will also work closely with the end user team for accurate pricing and takeout numbers.  This position is a great opportunity for an individual looking for a growth-oriented career path with a well-established, vibrant company!

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Cold call and develop relationships with leasing, asset recovery companies, ITADs, VARs, and smaller non-stocking resellers to allow continual incoming flow of surplus equipment

-Purchase Cisco and Networking Equipment for Summit stock below the wholesale market

-Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to obtain equipment

-Prospect by phone and referrals

-Buy/ sell Cisco and Networking Equipment within the wholesale market

-Manage and maintain inventory within budget limit

-Support the end user team with accurate wholesale market and surplus take out (spec buy) pricing in a timely manner

-Provide back up support for Desktop/ Laptop and HP Brokers as needed

 

Key Qualifications:

-Relevant experience in IT industry and inside sales with a current book of business preferred

-Exceptional customer service skills

-Organized and strong written and verbal communication skills

-Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to influence others

-Ability to multitask and utilize all resources available to exceed goals

-A highly focused work regimen with ability to self-manage and thrive in an entrepreneurial and team environment

-Demonstrates drive to succeed, achieve goals and make money

-Awareness of product market trends

-Proven excellence in negotiation and overcoming objections

-Versatile and able to prioritize ever changing business and office demands
